Unless otherwise stated, all products in the store have a 2 year warranty. Warranties are given directly by the respective brands, however the entire return and warranty claim process will have to be carried out directly by our service.

In general, the warranty terms cover any manufacturing and/or other defects directly attributable to the manufacturer, not covering misuse of equipment, natural wear and tear or other situations attributable to the user.
The guarantees will always be activated directly at our Headquarters in Vila Nova de Milfontes, the postage to and from the end customer, are NEVER covered by the guarantee being the customer's responsibility.
